Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

  • All products listed in this website follow a general warranty of seven (7) days replacement and three (3) months service warranty dated upon receipt of the items excluding those products with specific disclaimers/ warranties stated in the product description.

  • Clients shall understand full disclaimer when making transactions, warranty claim for conditions stated in the disclaimer will not in any way be approved.

  • In an instance of claiming replacement or refund for wrong items, clients shall take a video of the received parcels during unboxing. Video shall be clear and should show that seal is intact and not tampered and shall have no cut or edit.

  • In an instance of claiming replacement or refund for damaged items, clients must provide clear information, photo/ video proof of the damage. Items shall hereby be processed for return in our warehouse for tech assessment. Once proven damage, items will be replaced/ refund with shipping fee covered by Livelyhood. If items are proven not damaged, the same item will be re-shipped to the client with the client shouldering all the shipping fees incurred.

  • Livelihood reserves the right to ban clients from using the website should they have multiple records of canceled, failed deliveries and return to seller orders.
