Warranty, Return and Refund Policy
All products listed in this website follow a general warranty of seven (7) days replacement and three (3) months service warranty dated upon receipt of the items excluding those products with specific disclaimers/ warranties stated in the product description.
Clients shall understand full disclaimer when making transactions, warranty claim for conditions stated in the disclaimer will not in any way be approved.
In an instance of claiming replacement or refund for wrong items, clients shall take a video of the received parcels during unboxing. Video shall be clear and should show that seal is intact and not tampered and shall have no cut or edit.
In an instance of claiming replacement or refund for damaged items, clients must provide clear information, photo/ video proof of the damage. Items shall hereby be processed for return in our warehouse for tech assessment. Once proven damage, items will be replaced/ refund with shipping fee covered by Livelyhood. If items are proven not damaged, the same item will be re-shipped to the client with the client shouldering all the shipping fees incurred.
Livelihood reserves the right to ban clients from using the website should they have multiple records of canceled, failed deliveries and return to seller orders.
